How do I add a package? Paste a tracking number on the Home screen. The app automatically detects the carrier and shows the official status timeline.
Where do package statuses come from? Statuses are taken directly from the official carrier systems (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, and many more).
How does the AI helper work? You can ask the built-in AI about unclear statuses, delays, or delivery problems. The AI explains what the status means and suggests possible next steps. The AI does not modify carrier data.
Do I need an account to use the app? No. USTracking works without sign-in. We do not require your phone number or email.
Is the app free of ads? Yes. USTracking is ad-free and designed for a clean, distraction-free experience.
How can I request data deletion? Please email us with the subject line “Data Deletion – USTracking” and we will process your request.
