Welcome to USTracking – Package Helper AI ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use this App only if:

• You are at least 13 years old;
• You use the App only for lawful, personal purposes;
• You do not reverse-engineer, decompile, exploit, or disrupt the App or its AI services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

2. AI Features and Disclaimer

The App includes smart assistant features powered by the ChatGPT API.

Please note:

• AI responses are generated in real-time and are not stored on our servers;
• Conversations exist only locally on your device during the session;
• AI output may be inaccurate — do not rely on it for critical delivery decisions;
• Always verify important tracking information through the official websites of your carrier.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Our App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions via the Apple App Store.

Available Plans:

• $2.99 / month
• $5.99 / 3 months (save 33%)
• $11.99 / 12 months (save 67%)

All plans include a 3-day free trial.

⚠️ To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Otherwise, the selected plan will automatically begin and renew unless canceled.

Billing & Management:

• All payments are securely processed by Apple In-App Purchase.
• We do not access or store any payment information.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID > Subscriptions.

4. Refund Policy

We do not process refunds directly.
For any refund-related issues, please contact Apple Support.
Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple’s policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, code, and technology in the App are the intellectual property of smartaistudio or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the App;
• Remove or alter legal notices, trademarks, or brand elements.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

• Inaccurate or outdated AI responses;
• Losses related to delivery decisions or failed tracking;
• Temporary service unavailability;
• Damage to your device or data.

You use the App at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

You may also delete the App and stop using it at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes may be subject to local consumer protection laws and jurisdiction.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
You will be notified of significant updates via in-app messages or App Store release notes.
Your continued use of the App after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Third-Party Carriers & Disclaimer

Our App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any delivery or logistics company, including but not limited to FedEx®, UPS®, DHL®, USPS®, or any other carrier or trademark.

All logos, names, and trademarks mentioned in the App remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

We do not provide shipping or delivery services, do not act as a courier or intermediary, and are not responsible for:

• Delays, inaccuracies, or failure in package tracking;
• Delivery losses, damage, or service disruptions;
• The correctness or completeness of carrier information displayed in the App.

The App serves as an informational tool only. It allows users to track packages via publicly available tracking numbers but does not verify, modify, or control third-party logistics data.
