Welcome to USTracking – Package Helper AI ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.

The USTracking – Package Helper AI app offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions sold via the Apple App Store (In-App Purchase).

Prices are shown in the app at checkout, may vary by country/region and currency, and may change over time. Taxes/VAT may apply.

Free trial: Some plans include a 3-day free trial. After the trial ends, the selected plan starts automatically and renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > USTracking > Subscriptions (or App Store > Account > Subscriptions) using the same Apple ID. Management of billing, refunds, and purchase history is handled by Apple.

What the subscription unlocks: access to premium features described in-app (e.g., unlimited tracking, ad-free experience, and other premium tools and content).

Payment processing & refunds: All payments are processed securely by Apple via In-App Purchase. The developer does not collect or store your payment details. Refund requests should be directed to Apple Support in accordance with Apple’s policies.
