This Privacy Policy explains how USTracking – Package Helper AI (developed by smartaistudio, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses information when you use our mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or to create an in-app account. We do not sell or rent personal information.
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand usage and improve performance. Firebase may process:
We do not use these data to build personal profiles or to serve personalized ads inside the App, and we do not combine analytics data with information that directly identifies you.
We link Firebase Analytics with Google Ads solely to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns (for example, to understand whether an installation followed an ad interaction). Technical attribution data may be shared with Google Ads for measurement. We do not display ad banners or interstitial ads in the App and do not use collected data for cross-app targeted advertising.
Android advertising ID (GAID). On Android, we may use the Google Advertising ID (GAID) only for conversion measurement/attribution with Google Ads. We do not use GAID for personalized ads or cross-app tracking. Users can reset or delete their advertising ID in Android settings at any time, and we honor such choices.
iOS. Where applicable, attribution relies on Apple’s privacy-preserving frameworks.
We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for personalized advertising, and we do not serve ads in the App. The Firebase–Google Ads link is limited to conversion measurement/attribution.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests (to measure usage, improve performance, ensure reliability) and consent where required by law.
Data are processed by Google LLC as our service provider (Firebase/Google Ads). Data may be transferred to countries outside your own (including the United States). Such transfers are protected by Google’s Data Processing and Security Terms and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
To exercise your rights (including access, deletion, restriction, objection under GDPR; or rights under CCPA where applicable), contact us at smartaistudio.contactus@gmail.com. We will facilitate your request via Firebase/Google mechanisms and applicable law.
In-app access: a link to this Privacy Policy is available inside the App (Settings → Privacy).
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with the new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
