You do not need to create an account to use the app.

2. Data Collected Automatically

We use Firebase Analytics to collect non-personal usage data to improve our app. This may include:

• Device information (type, OS version)
• App interactions (screens viewed, button taps)
• Crash reports

This data is aggregated and anonymized. We do not link it to your identity.

3. AI Chat Functionality

Our app uses the ChatGPT API by OpenAI to generate smart assistance for package tracking. Here’s how it works:

• Messages are processed in real-time.
• No chat history is stored on our servers.
• All conversations are stored locally on your device and are cleared at the end of each session.

We do not access, store, or share your chat history.

4. Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you updates about your tracked packages. You may opt out anytime in your device settings.

5. No Advertising or Tracking

Our app does not use third-party advertising services or ad SDKs. We do not track users across apps or websites.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data:

• Encrypted communication with API and Firebase
• No storage of sensitive content on our servers

However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Opt out of analytics via device settings (Limit Ad Tracking / App Privacy)
• Disable notifications
• Delete the app at any time

Since we do not collect personal data, no user account deletion is needed.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. If we make material changes, we will notify users via the app or app store.
